NIGHTLY BED & BREAKFAST : ROOM RATE
2 adults @ £90 per night
2 adults + 1 child @ £110 per night
2 adults + 2 children @ £120 per night
2 adults & 3 children @ £130 per night

4 adults @ £150 per night
WEEKLY Bed & Breakfast : ROOM RATE
2 adults @ £620
2 adults + 1 chld @ £690

During school holidays & weekends these rates are based on an occupancy of : either 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children so may incurr an under occupied suppliment during these times
As we are primarily farm holidays - we regret that from March to November, ADVANCED bookings are usually for longer stays ... but we do welcome shorter stays if we have slots available between the other bookings or when we still have vacancies at short notice.
Minimum stay out of season is usually 2 nights unless it's a last minute booking
Well behaved dogs welcome @ £4 per night ~ please see terms & conditions of bringing a dog

From 1st November 2010 until April 2011 excluding school holidays
Advanced bookings ~ minimum 3 night stays
MIDWEEK from £70 per night (ROOM RATE) on a double occupancy ~ 3 adults @ £85 per night (room rate)
WEEKENDS :- £75 for 2 adults ~ 3 adults @ £90 per night
Breakfast basket in the suite basis .. i'e...
d.i.y. breakfast whenever you want it .... breakfast ingredients are left in the suite daily ~ the suites are also serviced daily
(advanced bookings ~ min 3 night stay)
We leave breakfast ingredients in the rooms on a daily basis & the suites would be serviced daily.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Accommodation booked in advance and later shortened,or reduced in size, may regretfully still be liable for full payment as we will have kept the accommodation for you
CANCELLATIONS :
In the event of a cancellation we will do our utmost to re-let the suite .. please let us know as soon as you think there's a problem
If we have been able to re-let the suite for the same nights on the same capacity then the deposit will be refunded.
If we have been unable to re-let the accommodation then the deposit will not be refundable and the full amount due for the stay would become payable (holiday cancellation insurance as below recommended !)
If we have to take a smaller party of guests in the larger suites due to a short notice cancellation, then the deposit may not be refundable and the balance between the stays payable

PAYMENT:
Total cost of stay, or balance, are payable on the first morning of your stay,
If you would like to pay the balance due by internet banking/bank transfer/ telephone banking - please let us know about 5 days prior to arrival - cheques supported by a bankers card are accepted or cash if neither of the above methods are used
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To safeguard both parties, guests are requested to take out holiday cancellation insurance similar to the one below,
