During school holidays & weekends these rates are based on an occupancy of : either 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children so may incurr an under occupied suppliment during these times
As we are primarily farm holidays - we regret that from March to November, ADVANCED bookings are usually for longer stays ... but, we do welcome shorter stays if we have slots available between the other bookings or when we still have vacancies at short notice.
