WINTER RATES FOR Y BEUDY (SUITE 3)
From 1st November 2009 until 1st April 2010 excluding school holidays
Advanced bookings ~ minimum 3 night stays
MIDWEEK :- £65 per night (ROOM RATE) on a double occupancy
WEEKENDS :- £70 for 2 adults
Winter rates are on the Breakfast basket in the suite basis .. i'e...
d.i.y. breakfast whenever you want it .... BREAKFAST INGREDIENTS OF YOUR CHOICE ARE LEFT IN THE SUITE FOR YOU DAILY & THE SUITES ARE ALSO SERVICED DAILY (no washing up !)
All of the suites have snacks preparation areas with fridge, combi microwave and toaster , table and chairs with crockery & cutlery etc..
BREAKFAST BASKET CONSISTS OF :
Cereals,
Porridge
Orange juice
Fruit,
Eggs for Scrambled eggs (on toast)
Beans (on toast)
Tomatoes (on toast) with or without cheese
White or wholemeal bread for toasting
Home-made marmalade, marmite, jam and honey.
Tea/coffee, milk, drinking chocolate and herbal teas are provided in the suite.

SUGGESTIONS FOR BREAKFAST IN THE SUITE
Scrambled eggs - Microwave ( 1/2 minutes +-)
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, - serve with toast or bread & butter

Microwave for 2 minutes only – serve with toast or bread & butter

Fresh or tinned tomatoes with toast (1 minute per fresh tomato)
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes - serve with toast, nice with herbs & cheese.

Porridge – Microwave for 3 minutes only
In the microwave for 3 minutes (1 portion) serve with honey, jam or cinnamon

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
During school holidays & weekends these rates are based on an occupancy of : either 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children ~ an under occupancy suppliment might apply during these times
Accommodation booked in advance and later shortened,or reduced in size, may regretfully still be liable for full payment as we will have kept the accommodation for you
Cancellations :
In the event of a cancellation we will do our utmost to re-let the suite .. please let us know as soon as you think there's a problem
If we have been able to re-let the suite for the same nights on the same capacity then the deposit will be refunded.
If we have been unable to re-let the accommodation then the deposit will not be refundable and the full amount due for the stay would become payable (holiday cancellation insurance as below recommended !)
If we have to take a smaller party of guests in the larger suites due to a short notice cancellation, then the deposit may not be refundable and the balance between the stays payable

Total cost of stay, or balance, are payable on the first morning of your stay,
If you would like to pay the balance due by internet banking/bank transfer/ telephone banking - please let us know about 5 days prior to arrival - cheques supported by a bankers card are accepted or cash if neither of the above methods are used
As we are primarily farm holidays - we regret that during the busier season, advanced bookings are usually for longer stays only - but we welcome shorter stays if we have short slots available between other bookings or when we still have vacancies at short notice.
Minimum stay out of season is usually 2 nights.
You are welcome to check for cancellations or short stay slots at any time
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To safeguard both parties, guests are requested to take out holiday cancellation insurance similar to the one below,
