Total relaxation is assured in this super de-luxe 2 room suite with a beautiful fully fitted kitchen
Beverage tray & biscuits are provided with a welcome plate of bara brith cake for your arrival..
Wake up to the view of the countryside with the Moelwyn mountain range from your bed ... the spacious lounge bedroom has a double bed and a 10ft patio window looking out from the large patio window with a garden area outside.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, an extra 3 ft single can also be provided
Oak kitchen has a full size fridge, deep freeze, dishwasher, electric double oven & hob ~ all dishes and untensils are provided
Enjoy the therapeutic luxury of an airbath - aromatherapy candles supplied (airbath is gentler than a jaccuzzi bath) & there's a beautiful spacious corner shower
The toilet and washbasin are separate to the bathroom.
TV with DVD and Video player - small selection of videos in suite - also board games etc

Midweek self-catering from £75 per night on a DOUBLE occupancy.
SLEEPS 2 TO 5 ~ extra persons @ £10 each
Weekends : - £90 per night on a double occupancy

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Accommodation booked in advance and later shortened,or reduced in size, may regretfully still be liable for full payment as we will have kept the accommodation for you
CANCELLATIONS :
In the event of a cancellation we will do our utmost to re-let the suite .. please let us know as soon as you think there's a problem
If we have been able to re-let the suite for the same nights on the same capacity then the deposit will be refunded.
If we have been unable to re-let the accommodation then the deposit will not be refundable and the full amount due for the stay would become payable (holiday cancellation insurance as below recommended !)
If we have to take a smaller party of guests in the larger suites due to a short notice cancellation, then the deposit may not be refundable and the balance between the stays payable

PAYMENT:
Total cost of stay, or balance, are payable on the first morning of your stay,
If you would like to pay the balance due by internet banking/bank transfer/ telephone banking - please let us know about 5 days prior to arrival - cheques supported by a bankers card are accepted or cash if neither of the above methods are used
As we are primarily farm holidays - we regret that during the busier season, advanced bookings are usually for longer stays only - but we welcome shorter stays if we have short slots available between other bookings or when we still have vacancies at short notice.
Minimum stay out of season is usually 2 nights unless it's a last minute booking
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To safeguard both parties, guests are requested to take out holiday cancellation insurance similar to the one below,
