THE DIY BREAKFAST BASIS BELOW IS ON A SPECIAL REDUCED WINTER RATE

On the DIY breakfast basis : We leave all the breakfast ingredients in the rooms for you on a daily basis & the suites are also serviced daily - no washing up !

BREAKFAST INGREDIENTS LEFT IN YOUR SUITE FOR A QUICK DIY BREAKFAST :

Cereals,
Porridge
Fresh fruit juice
Fruit,

Eggs for Scrambled eggs (with toast)
Beans (with toast)
Tomatoes (on toast) with or without cheese

White or wholemeal bread for toasting

Home-made marmalade, marmite, jam and honey.

Tea/coffee, milk, drinking chocolate and herbal teas are provided in the suite.

SUGGESTIONS FOR BREAKFAST IN THE SUITE

Scrambled eggs - Microwave ( 1/2 minutes +-)

Microwave for 1 minute, stir, - serve with toast or bread & butter

Beans on toast: ( 2 minutes)

Microwave for 2 minutes only – serve with toast or bread & butter

Fresh or tinned tomatoes with toast (1 minute per fresh tomato)

Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes - serve with toast, nice with herbs & cheese.

Porridge – Microwave for 3 minutes only

In the microwave for 3 minutes (1 portion) serve with honey, jam or cinnamon

FARMHOUSE BREAKFASTS FROM 1ST APRIL TO NOVEMBER :

BREAKFAST IS USUALLY SERVED BETWEEN 8.15 a.m. & 9 a.m.
If you have an early departure or if you'd like a later breakfast, please let us know the previous day and we can leave you a breakfast basket in your suite (apologies but late breakfasts are not avaialble on departure day as check outs are by 10.00 a.m)

The emphasis is on fresh quality, locally sourced ingredients for breakfasts ~ our own free range eggs wherever possible ~ local bakery bread ~ YOUR choice of breakfast ....

COOKED SECTION
We use best quality locally sourced ingredients , with Edwards of Conwy pork sausages - local bacon & our own free-range eggs
Our bread is fresh local bakery bread - your choice of white or wholemeal.

1.. Bacon, pork sausages, egg, tomato, mushrooms, fresh sautéed baked potatoes with or without baked beans

1 (V) The vegetarian option of the full breakfast, has vegetarian sausages and no bacon.

2. Bacon, egg and tomato.

3. Poached or scrambled eggs on toast (plain or with cheese)

4. Boiled eggs - with toast or bread & butter

5. Beans on toast – with or without an egg with or without grated cheese.

6. Fresh tomatoes on toast (baked) either plain, or with herbs &/or grated cheese.

7. Buttered kippers – on their own or with an egg.

8. Porridge – usually creamy (or plain) - as a starter or as a main breakfast.

9. Luxury fruit muesli – made with creamy yoghurt, grated apple, pear, peaches & berries

You are welcome to have variations to the above menu or something else of your own choice …please let us know !

TO ROUND OFF
Fresh bakery Toast – help yourself to a selection of homemade orange or lemon marmalade or lime & grapefruit - marmite - honey and jams or marmite.

Pot of tea, coffee - ground (or instant), herbal tea, drinking chocolate.
Fresh orange juice and milk are on the table
