Breakfast Menu & Options

FULL FARMHOUSE BREAKFAST MENU

On the Bed & Breakfast option Breakfast is usually served between 8.00a.m. and 9.00, earlier or later also available by arrangement.

STARTERS
SELF-SERVICE :
Your choice of cereals ~ Home-made Muesli ~ Grapefruit ~ Prunes ~ Pineapple, grapes, strawberies, bananas, apples etc (as available)
Home-made Organic live yoghurt :

COOKED SECTION :
We use best quality local ingredients with our own free-range eggs whenever possible ~ the sausages are award winning Edwards of Conwy ~ if the ducks are laying then you can have the option of a fresh duck egg ..

Our bread is fresh local bakery bread - White or Wholemeal.

1. Bacon, pork sausages, egg, tomato, mushrooms, fresh sautéed potatoes
(with baked beans & black pudding if desired)
The vegetarian option of the full breakfast has vegetarian sausages and no bacon.

2. Bacon, egg and tomato.

3. Poached or scrambled eggs on toast. (the scrambled can be with cheese)

4. Boiled eggs - with toast or bread & butter

5. Beans on toast – with or without an egg.

6. Fresh tomatoes on toast (baked) either plain, with herbs or grated cheese.

7. Buttered kippers – on their own or with an egg.

8. Luxury Fruit Muesli – made with creamy yoghurt, grated apple, pear, peaches & berries

9. Porridge – usually creamy (or plain) - as a starter or as a main breakfast.

10. Continental style : hard boiled egg, cheese, raw tomato, croissant

You are welcome to have variations to the above menu

Pot of Tea, Ground coffee (or instant) , herbal tea or drinking chocolate
Fresh orange juice and milk will be on your table

TO ROUND OFF

Fresh bakery white or brown toast – help yourself to a selection of orange, lemon marmalade or lime & grapefruit ~ marmite ~ honey and jams.

BREAKFAST BASKET IN THE SUITE OPTION

Available on the special offer rate out of season ~ or if you prefer the option of having the occassional leisurely morning , you might like this option for one morning ..

If the weather is nice you can have breakfast on the patio !

All of the suites have snacks preparation areas with fridge, microwave and toaster , table and chairs etc ..

We leave breakfast ingredients in the rooms on a daily basis & the suites would be serviced daily.

Breakfast ingredients left in the suite consist of :-

Cereals,
Porridge
Fresh fruit juice
Fruit,

Eggs for Scrambled eggs (on toast)
Beans (on toast)
Tomatoes (on toast) with or without cheese

White or wholemeal bread for toasting

Home-made marmalade, marmite, jam and honey.

Tea/coffee, milk, drinking chocolate and herbal teas are provided in the suite.

A few breakfast suggestions

Scrambled eggs - Microwave ( 1/2 minutes +-)

Microwave for 1 minute, stir, - serve with toast or bread & butter

Beans on toast: ( 2 minutes)

Microwave for 2 minutes only – serve with toast or bread & butter

Fresh or tinned tomatoes with toast (1 minute per fresh tomato)

Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes - serve with toast, nice with herbs & cheese.

Porridge – Microwave for 3 minutes only

In microwave for 3 minutes (1 portion) serve with honey, jam or cinnamon
